What are some of the best things about your team?The team i work on is fantastic. I love my coworkers and weve gotten extremely close and hang out outaide of work. Im happy to have met them and become friends with them
What makes you most happy at work?Leaving at the end of the work day.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Toxic work culture, everything is wrong with this place.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?EVERYTHING. Just because you pay someone does not mean you own them and their lives.
