Mr. Daniel Lender has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at QAD Inc. since July 2003 and serves as its Secretary. He was an extremely well-rounded and experienced executive within QAD Management team. He has more than 14 years of financial and operations management experience. Mr. Lender served as a Vice President of Global Sales Operations at QAD, where he was responsible for worldwide sales operations, including maintenance renewals, pricing administration, order processing and sales support systems. He served as a Vice President of Latin America of QAD and was responsible for its business development, sales management and financial results. He joined QAD in 1998 as Vice President and Treasurer, where he was responsible the worldwide treasury function, where he successfully led several key equity and debt financings and participated in merger and acquisition activities. Mr. Lender served for nine-years with Republic National Bank of New York, as Vice President and Treasurer of its $5 billion Delaware subsidiary, where he managed treasury and information systems. Mr. Lender served as a Portfolio Manager and an Investment Analyst at Republic National Bank's New York headquarters. He served as a Director of Kofax plc., since October 2, 2008. His affiliations included memberships in the Association for Financial Professionals, the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals and the Executive team of the Central Coast Venture Forum, where he served as Chief Financial Officer. He received the John Mariani Jr. Entrepreneurship Award. Mr. Lender holds Masters of Business Administration degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelors of Science degree in Applied Economics and Business Management from Cornell University.
