Mr. Edward A. Boclair has been Senior Vice President of North America at QAD Inc. since July 2014. Mr. Boclair is responsible for expanding QAD's leadership in North America and ensuring that its customers receive the highest level of service and value from it and its business partners. Mr. Boclair joined QAD in 2000 and served as its U.S. Regional Sales Manager and Vice President, Sales and Marketing and President of Precision Software. Prior to joining QAD, Mr. Boclair served Senior Manager, Information Technology - Manufacturing and Quality Assurance for Alcon Labs and a IT Project Manager at General Dynamics supporting manufacturing operations. Mr. Boclair has a Masters of Business Administration from Texas Christian University, a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a BBA in Management from Mississippi State University.
