Mr. Christopher K. Woosley, also known as Chris, served as a Vice President and General Counsel of QEP Midstream Partners GP LLC at QEP Midstream Partners, LP since March 2014. Mr. Woosley has been Senior Vice President at QEP Resources, Inc. since February 21, 2017 and served as its Vice President since 2012 until February 21, 2017. He has been a General Counsel of QEP Resources, Inc since 2012 and also has been its corporate secretary since January 2016. He served as Vice President of Legal at QEP Resources, Inc. and served as its Senior Attorney from 2010 to 2012 and Senior Corporate Counsel since 2010. He has nearly 18 years of experience in private and corporate practices.
