As Chief of Staff, Pete acts as an extension and force multiplier for the CEO, increasing executive leverage and driving clarity, transformation, follow-through, and coherence across the organization. He structures the planning and operating cadence of the executive team and chairs Qlik's Senior Leadership and Operations Leadership teams, ensuring alignment with corporate priorities, addressing the highest-stakes focus areas, and enabling faster execution and decision-making across the company.
As SVP, Strategic Initiatives, he manages a strategic program team, building the foundation for the business operating model, directing the company's most important cross-functional programs, and leading M&A readiness and integration. Pete previously led the Global Partner Organization, initiating a strategic transformation to modernize Qlik's partner ecosystem for the evolving SaaS landscape. Following Thoma Bravo's acquisition, in his role as head of Corporate Development, Pete led strategy, execution, and integration for numerous transformational market expansions and innovative technology/services acquisitions including Talend, Attunity, Blendr.io, RoxAI, Knarr.io, CrunchData, and Podium Data.
