Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They communicate what's going on with the company.
Skilled managers with high leadership attributes. I always had a constructive attitude and productive from my manager to all of my queries.
Constant meetings drain your time.
I like that when I do something good they congratulate me and when I do something bad then they still cheer me on and help me get better next time and do it right.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Acknowledge 12 hour employees are worked to exhaustion.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
15% discount on company stocks, additional benefits as the retirement package and performance based bonus compensation.
pay is decent, health benefits are THE WORST
I like that it comes to my house and it comes to my house fast.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Management will only look after people who feed their ego. Compensation should be based on job performance not who your friends are.

Autonomy in my team. Not micromanaged
Coworkers are friendly and help each other when possible
We get along or leave each other alone

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Lovely people, supportive and friendly managers, seriousness on the projects and how they are handled in a collaborative way
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
If the company is going to run lean they need to be realistic about how this negatively affects the employees
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was able to be honest about some job gaps and didn't have it held against me
Somoth process but so many separate interviews or meetings with different peoples or groups during the process. But maybe it makes sense since they are so strict to find the correct person not only as experience and knowledge but also as character quality.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
No mention of clean room environment
What makes you most happy at work?
Learning. There's lots to learn and no two days are alike
I like the people I work with, I like the concepts I am dealing with, and I love the technology we are creating here
