What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are nice, intelligent people. The unrelenting growth mindset is frustrating when it comes at the expense of meaningful improvement to existing issues.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Despite being a contractor, there is no ability to negotiate because contractors are dependent on QS for their full-time income. Inability to be supported in starting a family will likely be the reason I leave. It feels cruel.
