The leadership at Quad Graphics is in dire need of improvement. Their lack of transparency, disregard for employee feedback, and authoritarian management style hinder productivity and employee morale. It is crucial for them to prioritize communication, employee empowerment, and a positive work culture
Listening to the problems of their new employees
Respect other employees and work with them.
There is no leadership at my plant
Not playing favorites, trusting their crews, incentive programs, bonus programs
Feeling undervalued at Quad Graphics could stem from several factors.Lack of recognition, 0 opportunities for growth, and a lack of meaningful feedback can contribute to this sentiment. To improve, Quad Graphics should focus on providing regular recognition, creating career development programs.
I think what I shared says it all. Business can be business but they were just plan scumbags on many occasions. So unprofessional and unethical from HR to management to supervision. They had to ship my spy supervisor back to HQ later after I left because management couldn't put up with her tactics.
I would work harder than certified operators and get the least recognition.
Compared to other companies, my salary is less
Company keeps taking away, no incentive to do better.. Overtime after our 36 hour work week like it was before, compensated pay equal to other quad plants, personal days, and sick days based on work hours accumulated.
Communication should be enhanced by actively listening to one another, expressing thoughts clearly, and ensuring everyone is on the same page. Fostering a collaborative environment where ideas are shared and valued can lead to better teamwork and innovative solutions.

we should prioritize transparency, open communication, and employee engagement. Encouraging feedback and implementing it, recognizing and appreciating employees' efforts, and fostering a supportive and inclusive environment will contribute to a better company culture.
Recognize the hard workers over the people who are just there for a paycheck
Stop playing favorites, people with seniority given a chance at promotions.
They have too many managers that are in place from the leftover good old boy system. Middle management needs education in human relations management
Review from Product Dept
Employees that are in high position need to realize new ones co.pany are just learning so they have to be trained
It was a complete joke. Not formal by any means
Not sure what you want
More background checks would be nice
Better communication and competent trainers.

Poor management. I would say we need team leaders that would bring us together as a team. Leaders that encourage people to work in a positive environment. Leaders that will lead by example. And focus and point out when we do good as well as when we lack good performance! Simple things like that!

Stop lying to the hourly worker, create a sense of fairness on the production floor, stop micromanaging and re-educate the autocratic managers in position
Review from Product Dept
company is no longer about the workers. need to improve worker relations
Review from Operations Dept
it's mostly the horrid hours, as an individual I see no reason one could not get the same over all work load done doing five days at 8 hours as opposed to four days at 12 hours
