I really like the culture of the company and all the local benefit (gym, daycare, cafe, medical) but I wish there was more room for growth and raises. The industry seems unstable which is unnerving.

I think I'm worth 5,000-10,000 more annually but I stay for the benefits

My job is not fulfilling and I would like to make more money

I liked being able to sit down with my director and VP in the interview

I love that this is a family started and family centered company. It makes it so much easier to work and be a parent! Daycare onsite is amazing!
