What do you like best about the leadership team?
Lack of training and develop perspective
Trying to be cohesive and learn from one another
I love that this is a family started and family centered company. It makes it so much easier to work and be a parent! Daycare onsite is amazing!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
A new leader focused on what's best for QCUL and not their ego.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Vacation, home office, flexible work hours
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think I'm worth 5,000-10,000 more annually but I stay for the benefits
My efforts are never rewarded, verbally or otherwise. Hours for regular employees are monitored stringently.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Friendly, "family first" vision, cooperative
great people from all walks of life
There is no real teamwork. Its every man for himself/herself.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I can help people everyday
everyone is generally happy. workout facility on site and cafe
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Not everyone needs to bleed blue. If you're not willing to you will not be promoted or get fair raises.
More people to handle the workload. Better people.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The guy was funny and made me laugh
Fast response, friendly and respectful
Quick and easy to answer and no tests
I liked being able to sit down with my director and VP in the interview
It was brief and to the point.

The CEO is selfish and self centered.
