What do you like best about the leadership team?
So much going on that we sometimes have difficulty prioritizing. Still amazing company, but going in too many directions at once.
Quartet actually CARES about the community and their employees on a very authentic level, and it shows in their benefits/time off/support of its staff
The leadership team is very diverse with multiple people of color and a couple women on it, which is very rare. I wish they were more available and in the office more often, but many of them travel a lot.

Focusing on the experiences and challenges of current employees
What is the best part about your compensation package?
base salary is comparable and competitive
stock options, Personal Time Off availability
Unlimited time off is fabulous

More money and support from leadership
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone I have worked with is very nice.
Great people and collaborative environment. However, they are all keaving
People CARE about what we are doing
Everyone cares about their community
The team is very mission driven and passionate about access to mental healthcare.

Start at the top and hire empathetic and accomplished leaders
