That they lure you with fake titles and then trap you with little pay. It’s a SCAM

They buy up companies but employees struggle with inept software and training bc $$$ spent elsewhere

Replace incompetent management and fire all of HR and bring payroll back from India

All need to be replaced by people who care about their employees

Friends get first consideration even if unqualified

Horrible! There is no sick time for anyone under Mgmt level so if you do get sick it eats up your vacation time.
