Management skills, none seem to be qualified at all
The leadership team needs to take ownership of the issues within the company & why the turnover rate is so high & not blame lower management

Communication and respect for others culture and beliefs
Most coworkers work well together but some coworkers need to be more tolerant of their surroundings. It’s an office not a frat house.

Bring in all new management and get rid of the caste system
The company needs to address the many issues brought up by employees instead of sweeping them under the rug.

Poor management and leadership. Poor communication and poor compensation
Employees are constantly told they need to work harder and be more billable. Yet the company claims it cares about work/life balance.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
Improve pay and work under American standards
