What do you like best about the leadership team?
They work well as a team
Most of the leadership team rolls up their sleeves and do work, they not command the team.
Lots of freedom, no micromanagement, full responsibly
Leaders are there to help
They are all approachable directly
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to get a life. These guys pretend to be cool. But they aren't. CEO is snappy. The bad work culture starts from him. Managers are pathetic, ill-mannered & impolite. They hire and fire. No respect for employees. No work life balance. Do not join this company. Take the offer & join elsewhere.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Work from anywhere, medical insurance.
We have lots of days off
Hike and incentive we get are awesome
Yearly hikes are pretty good. If you work for them. Then they value you and they will keep you happy.
Online courses for self development is company covered
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A better human resources team would help
A bit more variable would help a lot
Would be happy to see a transparent salary structure in the organisation
What are some of the best things about your team?
Committed and hard working folks
Diverse team from different cultures (latin america, asia, india, europe, US).
Great team with a lot of fun
All are helpful immensely at times.
Every one in team is ready to help and do work assign to us if we are on leave due to some issue.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Freedom and accountability with ownership
Clear goals and transparent and open communication
So many different cultures and so much diversity. Great workplace to work
The environment is playful and it's not something very profit-oriented.
We can ask questions to anyone irrespective of our team.

Good follow up and management of expectations
Don't remember thst much about it but still have positive memories
The fact that an IQ test is conducted.
Process is same as all other organizations
