CEO can do a better job with not starting too many initiatives
There is no limit to how much you can grow, i personally started as an account executive focused on selling the product and now I am a Director. I have seen plenty of coworkers grow as well. Love the freedom and trust the company gives you to work from anywhere
Its one of the best culture I have worked in.
