What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are accepting, open, honest and transparent. Always open to new ideas from the team and always approachable, there is no hierarchy feeling between the team and the leadership.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
My salary is fair and now there is the chance to increase that based on performance - so if I perform well, the salary bands allow flexibility to increase my income.
It's a fair salary and a good package of other benefits.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

What are some of the best things about your team?
It always sounds cliche but we are all genuinely friends, we hire smart people who appreciate diverse opinions and input. We all support each other at the drop of a hat and we have fun together.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The support we all give to one another, nothing is ever too much to ask and there is always someone at hand to help when someone else needs it.
It's very supportive and understanding. We're strong on CSR, diversity and inclusion and we genuinely care about each other and help each other out as a matter of course.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?

What did you like most about the interview process?
Although it's an extremely robust process, you can tell that it's fair and you get fast responses from the TA team throughout.
Friendly people - focussed on the individual and the all-round contribution I could make. Transparent, encouraging conversations with existing team members.

Collaborating with people who I class as my friends as well as my colleagues and feeling like I have made an impact on the success of the business.
