What needs to change to make the company culture better?Everyone should be helping someone else if they aren't doing anything in the company I work for.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Employees have talked awful stuff about other employees in front of customers I was actually told last week a co-worker who constantly is rude and lies was saying horrible things about me in front of him an other employees. Also more than just one customer heard.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?To not act like it's high school and talking behind each others back. Some employees seem to feel privileged to not doing every task they are suppose to be doing.
