They keep all the staff in the loop whenever a decision is being made and everyone is welcome to have their say in it.

Felt very comfortable giving the interview here because of the people conducting your interview give you time and their concentration to listen to what you have to say about yourself.
What makes you most happy at work?
The level of comfort and strong leadership skills of my manager really help me take up any task even which I haven't got any clue about. Also the support and help assisted by the fellow co-workers.
