The entire leadership team we have currently is very much realistic/kind and helpful to all of the workers and they are always available to listen grievances and any other issues from any of the staff member, there is no barrier between the employees and leadership team.

Decisions previously made are changed almost every day. Decisions are made from advice of those outside the organization, without listening to those inside the organization. There is a lack of communication between operations and leadership with the sales teams.
