What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team has definitely had some obstacles over the last 10 months, but they're always transparent about whats going on and what they're doing to continue fixing it. Nothing is going to happen overnight, and most people that submit negative reviews fall under that category.
They're normal, level-headed, smart, thoughtful, approachable.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything. They dont care about their employees.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary. They pay well but there is no other compensation. Options are worth nothing
Its a full package, it offers a lot of both cash and equity compensation.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Contractors are illegible for to participate in fringe benefits like healthcare, 401k, and other related perks.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Friendship and the commitment of some coworkers
Great small and mighty team. We pitch in when and where we can for each other -- fully supportive.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Great culture welcoming people of all backgrounds. Quid culture is flexible to fit everyone.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The CEO doesnt care about its employees. He sends a weekly email trying to update people but he hides a lot of things

What makes you most happy at work?
My team. I enjoy working with my manager and many others across the company. My role has a broad scope; it's nice to mix with others.
