Mr. Timothy J. Stevens, also known as Tim, has been Senior Vice President of Business Development and Strategic Initiatives at QuinStreet, Inc. since January 17, 2017. Mr. Stevens served as Advisor of Tumri, Inc. He served as an Executive Vice President of QuinStreet, Inc. Mr. Stevens served as a Senior Vice President of QuinStreet, Inc. from October 2008 to 2012. He served as Chief Executive Officer and President of Doppelganger, Inc. since February 14, 2007. He served a Senior Vice President of Borland Software Corp., from October 9, 2003 to June 16, 2006. He served Corporate Secretary of Borland Software Corp. from October 2003 to June 16. 2006 and served as its General Counsel from October 9, 2003 to October 19, 2006. At Borland Software, he was responsible for overseeing business services, streamlining and accelerating the customer closure process, driving sales initiatives and supporting corporate development. Mr. Stevens has over 12 years of general legal and corporate securities experience relative to the enterprise software space. Mr. Stevens joined Borland from Inktomi Corporation, where during his six-year at the law firm of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he counseled dozens of public and private companies in all aspects of corporate governance and business operations, public and venture financings, mergers and acquisitions and intellectual property. He served as Senior Vice President Business Affairs of Inktomi Corp., since April 2001 and its General Counsel and Assistant Secretary since July 1997. He also served as General Manager and Senior Vice President of business development of Inktomi Corporation. At Inktomi Corp., he served as Vice President of Corporate and Legal Affairs from July 1997 to October 2000 and as Vice President Business Affairs from October 2000 to April 2001. He served as interim Chief Executive Officer of Fios, Inc., where he set the next generation strategic framework for the business. He was Previously held executive and Board position with Bazaar Advertising Solutions and 3VR, Inc. Mr. Stevens was an attorney with Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he served as primary outside counsel for more than thirty private and public companies, specifically in the areas of venture capital and corporate financing, public offerings, mergers and acquisitions and securities and intellectual property law. Mr. Stevens is active in the legal community and served as Chairman and member of the Board of Directors of Fios, Inc. He has been a Director of Doppelganger, Inc. since February 14, 2007. He served as a Director of Appirio, Inc. He served as a Director of Qumu, Inc. (formerly, Media Publisher, Inc.). Mr. Stevens holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Management from the University of Oregon and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Davis.
