Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Lack of transparency to compensation models
about 25% increase in compensation. compensation is way below market.
Better bonus, better learning, hiring with in and cutting management because they make to much money and don’t do much work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
friendly, fun, but complacent. lazy. not willing to embrace new technologies
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We don’t have meetings and the upper management is corrupt
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone gets along and they highly value work life balance
