Open office. Standing desks. Some less structured areas with couches - for people that like quiet. Incredible bay views all around. Roof terrace has good WiFi.

No meeting Wednesday’s and meetings limited to 10am-2:30pm all other days. $1000 professional development budget for each employee to use as they see fit. What's the vibe like in the Engineering dept at Quizlet? How many hours are you working?
45 hours/week ... occasionally there is a crunch week. Hackathon and tech debt sprints every quarter is pretty nice. Lots of focus on bottoms up innovation and keeping the code base clean so we can scale the team up. Lots of hiring going on. Eng went from 26 to 45 in the last year.
