It is obvious that everyone is committed to doing their best work each day. And the company values are not just words, they are evident in everyday life.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I like that it had some amount of rigor without being unnecessarily intimidating. I felt like the folks that interviewed me were trying to learn specific things about me and my experience.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We're a small enough team so keep bloat out of the equation. Each person has an expertise in their own focus, but we work collaboratively to get things done. Our focus on results and action is something I'm very pleased with.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team has been nothing but inspiring. They share the vision and then get out of the way and expect us to act as professionals to get things done. Could not be more impressed with each of the members of the Executive Team.
