Lots of promises and politics

The engineering department is one of the most truly agile places in all of Seattle. It embraces self organizing and a lot of self-management principles in serious no BS ways. I think the leadership in general lacks vision and need to re-embrace what was great at the start.

I work with multiple teams and they all have a deep commitment to doing the best work they can. Even on 'boring' non-challenging things they are serious about doing the best version of that work. They know it's all for the customers' successes.

Not arbitrary. Real world, straight forward questions with a high expectation of the answer. We care about the steps and the thought process more than the esoteric knowledge
