What are some of the best things about your team?
Smart amd most have storage experience
I work with multiple teams and they all have a deep commitment to doing the best work they can. Even on 'boring' non-challenging things they are serious about doing the best version of that work. They know it's all for the customers' successes.
They are equal parts collaborative and capable
Everyone is helpful and has the best interest of Qumulo in mind
Everyone communicates openly and often. People are well aligned on a common mission.
Their willingness to succeed together. It truly feels like everyone is on the same team, with one goal.

We're a small enough team so keep bloat out of the equation. Each person has an expertise in their own focus, but we work collaboratively to get things done. Our focus on results and action is something I'm very pleased with.
