What did you like most about the interview process?
I've been here lots of years so it's changed a lot, so my experience is not relevant to the improved process currently in place.
Not arbitrary. Real world, straight forward questions with a high expectation of the answer. We care about the steps and the thought process more than the esoteric knowledge
Good cross section of team and leadership
Quick and transparent and met a bunch of future coworkers
All of the people that I got to talk to from the process.
Knowledgeable interviewers and it wasn't all whiteboarding.
I like that it had some amount of rigor without being unnecessarily intimidating. I felt like the folks that interviewed me were trying to learn specific things about me and my experience.
