My monthly salary is my favorite
I appreciate the options to purchase equity, as well as the adjustment for living incomes based on geographic location.
Quora has great benefits like free lunch, great health insurance etc..., but my favorite is book expense policy which you can expense any books as long as it's useful for our work.
I love our "Remote work set up package" where you buy things to set up your remote work set-up at home
The health coverage is really good.
I feel the compensation is good and accompanied with the stock option as well and also the fact that there is yearly salary review is quite interesting. As you grow in the company so does your compensation grows too
Time Off is Generous, but, some companies have no cap and are able to manage. Also, even with options there should be 401K match.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like to be compensated based on my experience and impact to the company instead of my geographical location.
More benefits will be great like matching 401K and more perks.
