What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
A strong product portfolio backed with a business that isn't afraid to charge customers. Improved defined processes for a repeatable customer and working environment. An exciting reconciliation package for employees in line with the IT industry. I also participated in the company share scheme :(

It's all about that revenue growth. It's where conversations start and end, no further strategy, culture, engagement that I can see at senior levels. Lost enormous levels of extremely talented people. Yes men everywhere I look at upper levels.

Too much work, no work life balance, not enough pay for 24/7 availability expectations, lack of support from the technical teams supposed to be doing the work, ELT breathing down people's necks with unrealistic expectations, having to do an insane amount of accounting and auditing for other teams

The company is top heavy with expensive leadership that is not capable.
We're run by HP/IBM C-level corporate overlords who are used to running companies with 100,000+ employees, and they're pulling the same crap with our company of 6,000.
