Mr. Yehuda Zisapel, EE, MSc, MBA, DHC, is Founder of RAD-Bynet Group and serves as its President. Mr. Zisapel is the Founder at Neurim Pharmaceuticals (1991) Ltd. and has been its President since 1992. He has a successful three-decade track record of seed-stage investing including the co-founding of Neurim Pharmaceuticals, Ltd. He is a Co-Founder of Radcom Ltd. and Radware Ltd. He founded RAD Data Communications, Ltd. in 1981 and Commex Technologies, Ltd. in 2005. He founded Silicom Ltd. in 1987. He co-founded Radlive Inc. in 2005. Mr. Zisapel is a Co-Founder at RAD BioMed Ltd. and served as its Chairman. Mr. Zisapel serves as Chairman of RAD Data Communications, LTD. He has been Chairman of Radware Ltd. since November 3, 2009 and served as its Chairman of the Board from May 1996 to August 2006. He served as Chairman of Silicom Ltd. from 1999 to March 2001. He co-founded RiT Technologies Ltd. in 1989 and served as its Chairman since 1989. He serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors at Radvision Ltd., PacketLight Networks, Ltd. and Bynet Data Communications Ltd. He served as the Chairman of RadView Software Ltd. He serves as a Director of RAD Data Communications Ltd. ('RAD'), RADWIN Ltd and Agazyme Ltd. Mr. Zisapel is a Member of the Board of Directors of numerous RAD-Bynet Group companies. He has been a Director of Radware Ltd., since May 1996. He serves as Director of Radware, Inc. He served as a Director of SteadyMed Ltd. He served as a Director of RiT Inc., Commex Technologies, Ltd. and SANRAD, Inc. He served as Director of Silicom Ltd. from 1987 to July 15, 2010, Ceragon Networks Ltd. until December 18, 2000 and RiT Technologies Ltd. until June 2008. Mr. Zisapel received an M.B.A. from Tel Aviv University, a B.Sc. in 1966 and M.Sc. degree in 1968 in Electrical Engineering from the Technion. He holds Honorary Doctorate from Technion Israel Institute of Technology.
