How employees describe working at Radware
Radware has some good products however they struggle to support thier customers especially in relation to cloud. Culturally this is bery autocratic and the CEO is more concerned anout discounts than growing the business. Management rule by the stick not the carrot.
a great company, many opportunities to grow with a great mission. Radware is small enough to shine and big enough to have great opportunities.
Great company. Public since 1999. Leadership positions in DDoS, WAF and ADC markets. Growing TAM and very smart people on the development and operations side.
Good technology people in general but many really bad ideas. The comparison of growth to their peers is a telling story.
Good Products, internal politics, and one man controls it all for good and for bad.
