- What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?There is no team work and every person acts for their own intesests. Team building and social gatherings would help greatly.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Standard employees recieve no health cover or insurance cover which is below expectations.
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Communication is poor, and the strategy is disjointed. Staff churn especially in sales is extreamly high. The teloc mssp business needs to be completely reworked to match market expectations.
