What did you like most about the interview process?the interview process was fast, I knew the process and the communication was great all along
What do you like best about the leadership team?Open and direct, the leadership team is very accessible and always open to have a direct talk with all.
What makes you most happy at work?success and team achievements across the divisions
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?There is no team work and every person acts for their own intesests. Team building and social gatherings would help greatly.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Standard employees recieve no health cover or insurance cover which is below expectations.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Communication is poor, and the strategy is disjointed. Staff churn especially in sales is extreamly high. The teloc mssp business needs to be completely reworked to match market expectations.
