The employees have too much pressure put on their shoulders just for daily procedures. Also the wages are not liveable

Could be a little more in depth when it come to interviews.

The associates, I've worked with a lot of really awesome people over the years.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The associates make the store work, but again if you don't give a liveable wage, people won't come to work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Just give the employees (especially in the lower wage states) and real liveable wage, the cost of living is going up by the day.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Give more autonomy to the cashiers, more money for the store back banks though out the year, and more payroll just for shipment processing, LIVEABLE WAGES!!!!!!!
