Not being prejudiced against other cultures

That I was promised cashiering job that the work that I know how to do and I did not receive it I'm always on the floor hanging sensing and tagging
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I will feel valued if my hours weren't always getting cut and me sent home and our manager would be less prejudice against her own kind and other races this job is not good
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
A new manager for the store that will train and give everybody equal opportunity to do their part as far as customer service related and cash sharing related and dealing with the customers and getting more hours
