For there to be a better company culture it definitely needs to have more teamwork, fairness with every employee, and lots of communication
Real Human Resources team. There is no help for employees when they are being mistreated or bullied.

I didnt really have an interview I approached the manager at store number 1059 and filled out an application and got position with no questions asked.
Customer service is inconsistent and poor.
Give more autonomy to the cashiers, more money for the store back banks though out the year, and more payroll just for shipment processing, LIVEABLE WAGES!!!!!!!
They rude to customerd they barely on the floor helping customers i work in stock which in the back of the store i have customers all the time coming to the back of the store askin if i can help when its several ppl in the front of the store
First and for most the company needs professional management and not segregated indiviuals with little to no respect for one another or organization. Also, management that workhard and strive to make the store a better environment.
A new manager for the store that will train and give everybody equal opportunity to do their part as far as customer service related and cash sharing related and dealing with the customers and getting more hours
