What makes you most happy at work? The 1 day I did work. I met a few great ppl, that were very welcoming and kind. I really loved being a stocker and I was just starting to get in my groove. Perla wrongfully fired me. And I feel very oppressed about that situation because I loved the work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company? On the positive side of things, I can honestly say that their are a few ppl that are doing what they're supposed to do. They have great customer service, but there's a lot of gossiping, vaping, flirting, favouritism, etc ...no real order. Which is why the store looks and operates chaotically.
What did you like most about the interview process?Manager was straight forward, welcoming explained everything and was respectful
What would you improve about your company's interview process?I'd filled out an application on indeed. Then Perla called me to come fill out an application. She gave me the application and told me to fill it out and bring it back with a copy of my id and social. When I came back to the store the other man. Didn't know that I was supposed to be there.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?More active on the floor
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Customer service is inconsistent and poor.
