What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are understanding but have high expectations. I feel accomplished because the managers encourage us to always get better, but I also feel cared for because they are always willing to listen and help if you ever have a need.
They are very transparent with company goals

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love the incentive of bonus' that are included in my pay. It keeps me motivated!
I am fairly paid and get off on Fridays at 3.
We have great benefits, and are compensated very fairly at Randall-Reilly.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone has different perspectives. People come from a variety of backgrounds, which helps us all continue to grow and see things in new ways.
In general I have a good team to work with in term of diverse skill sets, creativity. however, i would like the manager would communicate better on roles playing on the projects so we are not double working.
We have a very strong team - all very knowledgeable and qualified to not only to handle our personal responsibilities but to cross-over and help each other out when needed. We all work together to reach individual goals, as well as overall company goals.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They welcome people with open arms
I can't say enough about the positive culture at Randall-Reilly. It starts from the top and trickles down to each employee. We have fantastic team building opportunities and each person is looked upon as an individual.

What makes you most happy at work?
The ability to always learn something new, and being surrounded by others who want to learn more.
I love my job! I am allowed to be myself and work at the level of excellence that I've always hoped for. I am encouraged to think outside of the box and that encouragement is very exciting to me as a creative professional.

Work needs to pick up, and be more efficient
