I met with the team leader and value stream manager. I heard back within the week.

I love the people I work with and the difference we’re making delivering affordable oral care.

Very good. They have grown more than 10% each of the past 3 years and future growth looks great. Business growth outside North America is huge. Company is also making aqusitions.

The company is growing and operates at a high pace.

All functions are in one building in Global headquarters in Grand Rapids including plant, labs, innovation space

Ranir is very diverse. I believe more than 10 languages are spoken. Ranir also has many women in senior roles.
What's one thing you wish you'd known before joining Ranir?
Was surprised how strong the company was as its private and couldn’t find tons of information. Ranir is one of the best companies people don’t know about.
