If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at Ranir?
Ranir has a great culture that’s better than any company I’ve worked at. The company is growing fast and trying to meet their customers needs. Some times I would like to see the company Andress performance issues faster. I know the review process is getting stronger and expectation of providing more constructive feedback is growing. I do appreciate how important Ranir’s employees are and I see management make this a priority

Our leadership is fair. They work hard to do whats best for all our employees. That said if your not performing you will be told and given a chance to turn things around. If you don’t you will likely be asked to leave.
