Lots of benefits and conveniences such as wellness day every month - one extra day off.

They are friendly, smart and approachable. Like one big family

Great group. May struggle with out current procedures as we grow but that is the challenge of any startup

Remote-first, allowing of different styles of working and mentalities

What did you like most about the interview process?
Spoke with four different Ravelinos, including from other teams and senior management. Fair but difficult test set the tone - they only hire exceptional people.
Got to meet different members of the team and some founders.
challenge, although difficult. Not a formal interview which is nice, and opportunity to meet colleagues
In-depth, got to meet wide range of people, process helped me understand whether it was the right place for me
Very thorough - meant I discovered pretty much everything I needed to know about the company before I started
