Nothing at all. The CEO is quite reckless and negligent. He often makes decisions without thinking and doesn't have a good grasp of the technology or work that is being done at his own company.
Working on the business side of things here at Rayton, its nice to work side by side engineers and to talk with them about the progresses they are making each and every day. Seeing the amazing progress since last year, I am most excited about how this company will grow in the solar industry. All the leadership executives of the company have been very helpful and supportive of my development.
