The leadership team at Rayton is made up of very diverse, talented and proactive individuals. As a growing startup, Rayton has great people ready to do great things for both its employees and for the solar industry. Learned a lot over the past couple months of working here.

Everyone has an entrepreneurial mindset and is steadfast in their efforts to promote sustainability.
The team is energized about their technology and brings enthusiasm to the table every day.
At Rayton, the engineers work closely with the business development team to fill us in on the progress that is being made on their end for research and development. Having a multidisciplinary team working together with open minded team members makes learning new things easy and collaborative.
