In 2021, we conducted an appreciative inquiry initiative and leadership summit which resulted in 4 action steps, or tactical priorities. The four priorities are Mentoring, Community Engagement, Leadership Accountability, and Resource Investment. For each priority, a dedicated group has designed strategic programming, initiatives, and correlating KPIs helping us accelerate change and become leaders within our industry.
