My immediate supervisors have all been amazing so far. I get along well with the other people in my department/team. There's never a problem getting help from anyone about a question.
There's always smiling people at work and that feels good just to be around. It also helps that the whole office is brightly lit so that makes it feel nice too.
There's no compromise at all. The management division as been there practically since the dawn of the company when all the new rules and regulations didn't exist so it basically feels like they have some kind of immunity to the way things are now.
There's no need for a video interview, an in person interview, a walk through of the site, then a third interview, all before you even get the notice to come back for orientation and 8 weeks of training. It's excessive and one of the reason I feel that the turnover rate is so high here.
