There's no compromise at all. The management division as been there practically since the dawn of the company when all the new rules and regulations didn't exist so it basically feels like they have some kind of immunity to the way things are now.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Equality. Fair pay. Stop treating employees like robots.

Because of how pay is calculated, very competitive. Also, quality of applicants has diminished.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
There's no need for a video interview, an in person interview, a walk through of the site, then a third interview, all before you even get the notice to come back for orientation and 8 weeks of training. It's excessive and one of the reason I feel that the turnover rate is so high here.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Expectations of management are unrealistic. Their philosophy is ' do more work with less staff' and they are tying pay to it which has created a high stress level.
