Does a great job with regular merit raises, but starting salary is a little lower than average.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Expectations are high in a good way, but there is still a relaxed and laid-back vibe to the company. Relatively young staff, easy to bond with coworkers, and everyone is willing to help out.
