Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very transparent and have metrics they have identified and work towards each and every day. Very involved in every day initiatives.
My coach is excellent. She cares about me on a personal level. She concerned with my wellbeing. She listens and helps me achieve. I feel safe, understood, loved, and heard. She is also very competent at what she does.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The potential for a raise is clear and for progression.
4% match on 401(k). We get a monthly wellness day. There's ample time off during the Christmas break.
Time off is very fair
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
insurance that works outside of Utah pay that matches the local average for my skillset
What are some of the best things about your team?
We use an system which makes it clear on how everyone contributes. They are continually using awardco and sincere in their appreciation for what each other brings to the table.
we all are self motivated and don't rely on others.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Regular staff meetings that both celebrate and set expectations. Always very tentative when on calls and involved.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The progression and it did not take weeks and weeks. I met with HR and the hiring executive. Met with key stakeholders in a panel discussion and then met with the President. They were welcoming and had good questions that were about the type of work the position would do. Not a lot of trick question
They got back to me in a timely manner. I was treated with respect. I wasn't grilled.

What makes you most happy at work?
The people I work with. The mission of eradicating illiteracy and of making an impact in our communities.
I love being able to share the gift of literacy with teachers and students. I love the content of the RH curriculum. It really works, and so many people need it. I love sharing that message with others.
