I like the personality and that he quality and the company because oh great Leader ship
She very detailed and neat worker.
There is no leadership. There is no structure. Very institutional feel.

They really dont understand the floor level.
My leader needs to get better at Communication.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For what I do I do not get paid very well. Under market.
I work long hours in the cold I should get paid at least $20/hr.

In communicating with other co workers.
They need to care about improvement. Instead they lie and do the least work they can.
