crazy generous PTO, best medical coverage in the greater Cleveland area, etc

community and TRUE teamwork is the foundation and constant reminder to each other with the daily tasks and quarterly goals
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
we have fun, we joke, we hang out in and out of work, but we are still totally laser focused on our work at the same time
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team completely champions its employees and treats them like individuals, adults, and most of all, a family. This is by far the best group of leaders I have ever worked for.
What did you like most about the interview process?
it was not intimidating, daunting, or overwhelming. The hiring managers created a casual and breathable atmosphere which took out nervousness. I was able to be myself and answer/ask all the questions with total confidence.
