My time at Realeflow has been very exciting. I have learned a lot from my peers and the leadership. I constantly feel supported and encouraged in my position and it pushes me to work hard and help our company be as successful as possible.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
One of the most exciting things about my compensation package, besides a very competitive salary, is unlimited PTO. It just goes to show how much they value and trust us as employees,
What makes you most happy at work?
While someone projects might last longer than others, there is always a good amount of variety to the workday. I never have the chance to get bored, because there is always something new and exciting to work on.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I touched on this before, but having a company that encourages both personal and business growth is really exciting. We are constantly asked out opinions or ideas on making both our product, and our company as a whole, better.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership at Realeflow helps cultivate a safe environment that encourages growth and new ideas from all team members, no matter their title. It is, by far, the best company I have worked for. I feel very valued and heard here.
